Manifolds
A manifold is used to regulate, distribute and direct the flow and/or pressure of hydraulic oil to various components in the system. Because we design custom manifolds to customer specifications, compact and cost-effective solutions are possible.
Our own brand is IMAV Hydraulics. We produce these manifolds in our own factory in Germany. This gives us full control over quality, speed and customization. Ask about the possibilities!

Custom manifolds
Our location in Willich is equipped with five modern CNC machines. We produce high-quality standard and custom-made manifolds. For manifolds of our own brand IMAV Hydraulics everything is possible. Full customised hydraulic manifold design solutions for the most complex fluid power applications!
We use high-quality steel and aluminum for the production of our manifolds. From a single manifold to series production, we are happy to help. After extensive inspection and testing, we get everything ready for shipment. So you can get to work with your manifold quickly and reliably.
Benefits of a manifold
1. Distribution of hydraulic fluid
A hydraulic manifold acts as a central distribution point integrating multiple inlet and outlet ports. It receives incoming hydraulic oil from a hydraulic pump or other sources and distributes it to various outputs, such as: hydraulic cylinders, motors, valves and other actuators.
2. Regulation of flow
Manifolds are often fitted with pressure control valves, flow control valves, gate valves and other components. Their purpose is to adjust, block or redirect the flow of hydraulic fluid to specific components in the system. This allows the operator to precisely control and adjust the operation of the hydraulic system.
3. Simplification of the piping system
The use of a hydraulic manifold can simplify and reduce piping work. This reduces the chance of leaks, increases system efficiency and lowers pressure loss.
4. Pressure control
Some manifolds are equipped with pressure control valves or pressure sensors to monitor and control the pressure in the hydraulic system. This achieves the desired pressure levels for various components.
5. Flow direction and reversibility
It is possible to design manifolds that can reverse the direction of flow. This allows the hydraulic system to operate bidirectionally, such as hydraulic cylinders with both push and pull action or hydraulic motors in two directions of rotation.
Manifolds optimize performance and control
A manifold allows hydraulic energy to be efficiently distributed and directed to various components. Essential for numerous applications in industry, construction, agriculture and the mobile sector.
